SHIPMENT OUTSIDE OF FRANCE
The TNTSAT satellite receivers (Premio SAT and Premio SAT HD-W) will not be delivered to an address outside France, since marketing of these products is confined to France.

For security reasons, if your order is to be delivered outside the National territory, we will ask you to send a copy of an identity document by post:

Deadline for delivery of your order :
When your order is accepted a deadline for delivery is established for the customer. It is calculated by adding up the maximum delay of availability of the product and the shipping delay according to the type of transport chosen by the customer. It is of course a limit date, which means it is possible that you receive your order before this date.

CGV points out that you have the possibility of cancelling your order between the date of your order and during the period prior to shipment. You can follow the advancement of your order online from your CGV account.

Certain countries restrict the importation of some goods into their territory. It is the duty of the buyer to insure that the conditions of entry to the destination of goods ordered are correct. CGV cannot be held responsable for any destruction, or blocking of the parcel entering the country of the destination.
